The foundation has sent a letter to the Tainan City Government Cultural Affairs Bureau, inviting the bureau to be listed as a guiding unit.

On May 11, the foundation sent a letter to the Tainan City Government Cultural Affairs Bureau, inviting the bureau to be listed as a guiding unit. A formal reply was received on May 23.

The exhibition schedule at the Tainan Art Museum has been confirmed.

Professor Chen Kuang-yi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at National Taiwan University of Arts, assisted the foundation in applying for a curatorial slot at the Tainan Art Museum. The exhibition period has been scheduled from October 13, 2023, to November 12, 2023.

The foundation's official website development project has been officially completed and launched.

The website, established to promote artist Jo Hsieh, was commissioned to White Night Digital Design on November 1, 2021. The project concluded on April 18, 2022, with the official launch of the website.
